About Us

The Centro de Políticas Estatégicas, or Strategic Policy Center, is a department of the Prime Minister of Cape Verde tasked with the long-term strategic planning of the country. The CPE identifies questions of concern for the nation, carries out research, and proposes recommendations to high-level decision makers.
